Job Description：Harvesting and sorting sweet potatoes, farm management tasks
Working Hours：8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break, 15-minute morning and afternoon breaks) 
Working hours may vary depending on the weather and progress of tasks.

Hours are negotiable (e.g., working only in the morning).*
Shift：From 3 days a week
Wage：　¥900 per hour
License/Qualifications：　Ordinary driver's license (not required)
Participation Requirements：　Must be confident in their physical strength
Notes：　For days off, please consult in advance, at least 2 days prior.
- Bring work shoes, work clothes, a hat (if needed), and a raincoat for fieldwork.
- Depending on the schedule, there may be opportunities to interact with other farmers.
